Voice
AI voice agents for customer and booking calls
Most industrial desks still live on the phone. The questions are simple — order status, a dock time, a site slot — but the person who can see the record is already on another call, on a line, or off shift. Callers leave voicemail. Night leads invent an answer from a traveler. The next morning nobody has a clean list of who called and what they needed. This agent takes the lookup calls, reads the system you already trust, and hands a person only the ones that change a promise.

How it runs
01
Pick the calls worth taking
We listen to a week of real calls and keep the ones with a lookup and a clear next step. Pricing exceptions, claims disputes, and safety stops stay with people.
02
Connect the desk's systems
The agent reads order status, appointments, and account notes from the tools the team already uses. It does not invent an answer when the record is missing.
03
Escalate with a brief
When a person needs to take over, they get the caller, the SKU or job, what was already said, and the question still open.
04
Review the calls that mattered
We score completed calls and escalations with you, then tighten the prompts, the lookups, and the handoff.
Where it shows up
Site access and delivery windows
Subs and suppliers call about gate times, hoist bookings, and whether a delivery can move. The agent checks the site schedule and books a slot or flags the superintendent.
After-hours order status
Distributors call the plant at night about a short ship or a reprint. The agent reads the order, confirms the dock window, and opens a ticket if the promise cannot be kept.
Spare parts and lead times
Service teams and OEMs call for a part, a serial, or an ASN. The agent quotes what the system shows and routes shortages to the planner on duty.
Questions we get
Will the agent pretend to be a person?
No. It identifies itself as an assistant for your company and offers a person when the caller asks, or when the call leaves the approved tasks.
What happens when the system has no answer?
The agent says so, captures the callback details, and creates a task. It does not guess a ship date, a price, or a site instruction.
Can it place outbound calls?
Yes, for defined jobs such as delivery reminders, quote follow-ups, and appointment confirmation. Each campaign has a script, a stop rule, and a person to review exceptions.
Which phone systems can it use?
We connect to the numbers and contact-center tools you already run, and we test the handoff to a live queue before the agent takes production calls.
How do you measure it?
Containment is only one number. We also track wrong answers, escalations that arrived without context, and calls a person still had to redo.
