Quality
Warranty and quality-claim intelligence
Claims are worked one at a time so the customer gets an answer. Quality sees them later as a spreadsheet export with free-text reasons. The same failure is described five ways, so the pattern stays invisible. This agent tags each claim with the product, lot, line, supplier, site, or trade, and groups the ones that tell the same story. Support still closes the case. Quality gets the cluster.

How the system runs
Each claim is tagged, matched to a failure family in the vector store, then shown to quality with examples.

How it runs
01
Start from closed and open claims
We read a few months of real claims with quality and service together, and agree the handful of failure families that matter this quarter.
02
Tag every new claim
The agent proposes SKU, lot, plant, supplier, and failure family, with the sentence it used. A person corrects the tag when the text is thin.
03
Show the repeat
The weekly view is counts by family and by where it was made or installed, plus three example claims. It is an input to the quality meeting, not a verdict.
04
Feed the words back to support
Once a family is real, ticket and voice agents can recognize it and route those cases to the people who already own the issue.
Where it shows up
Warranty year by trade
Leak, hardware, and finish callbacks group by building and trade. Project teams see whether a closeout issue is one unit or a repeated detail.
Returns by structure and plant
Seal, print, and damage claims cluster by spec, plant, and ship lane. A single angry email stops looking unique when ten share a lot code.
Field failures by line and supplier
Dealer and OEM claims roll up by family, line, and component supplier. Engineering gets the customer's words next to the code on the form.
Questions we get
Does this decide root cause?
No. It shows that the same story is repeating and where those units came from. Root cause stays with quality and engineering.
What if the claim form is almost empty?
The agent uses the email thread, photos, and any serial or lot it can read. Thin claims stay in an unscored pile instead of being forced into a family.
Can it work with the feedback analytics?
Yes. Claims are one source. Tickets and calls often describe the same failure earlier. We link them when the product and the wording match.
Will it reply to the customer?
Not by default. Closing the claim stays in your support process. This agent organizes the record so the next reply is better informed.
How far back should we load?
Three to six months is usually enough to see a repeat. Older history is useful for a known issue, and we add it when you have a question to answer.
