Travel and hospitality
AI agents for travel and hospitality
Guests call across time zones about a room, a change, or a late checkout. The front desk is in the lobby. A wrong availability answer overbooks the night. After the stay, reviews describe the same issue at one property and nobody groups them.
How the agents show up
- Appointment and booking agents
Reservations
The agent checks availability, books the room or experience, and writes it back so the desk and the system match.
- Order and returns agents
Changes and cancellations
Date changes and cancellations follow the rules on the rate. Waived fees and exceptions go to reservations with the booking attached.
- Customer feedback analytics
Guest comment themes
Surveys, reviews, and desk notes cluster by property and theme so a repeated housekeeping or check-in issue is visible across the portfolio.
Questions we get
Can it overbook?
It can only sell what the property system returns as available. We test a conflict, a sold-out night, and a modification before the agent takes live calls.
What about groups and events?
Those are leads for the sales team. The agent captures dates, headcount, and contact details. It does not quote a group rate.
Can it speak for more than one property?
Yes, when each property's availability is separate. The agent names the property it is booking and does not blend inventories.
Does it handle guest requests during the stay?
Routine requests can become tickets for the desk: a late checkout that policy allows, a receipt, a stated preference. Complaints that need a manager are assigned, not resolved with a promise the system cannot keep.
