Manufacturing
AI agents for manufacturing companies
The phone and the portal never match the shift calendar. Customers want a ship date at night, a certificate before a line-down, and a claim answered with a lot number. Planners and quality hear about it after service has already forwarded the thread twice.
How the agents show up
- AI voice agents
After-hours order and parts desk
The agent confirms status, lead time, and serial coverage from your systems, and opens a planner task when the promise is at risk.
- Customer ticket support
OEM and distributor tickets
Certificates, ASNs, and order changes are drafted and routed by plant. Credits and admits of fault wait for a person.
- Warranty and quality-claim intelligence
Field failures by line and supplier
Claims group by product family, line, and component supplier so engineering sees a pattern with the customer's wording attached.
Questions we get
Will it quote a date the ERP does not show?
No. If the date is blank or the order is on hold, the agent says that and assigns a planner. Invented lead times are treated as a failed call.
Can it cover more than one plant?
Yes. Routing uses the plant, the family, and the account. A ticket about Plant B does not get a draft written from Plant A's inventory.
How do quality and service share the same case?
Service keeps the customer thread. Quality gets the tagged cluster and the example claims. We connect them when you want a failure family to change how new tickets route.
What systems do you need on day one?
The one your desk already checks for status, plus the inbox or phone number customers use. We add more sources after the first task is reliable.
