AI agents for food and beverage
A restaurant misses covers because nobody picked up during service. A brand's distributor desk answers the same short-ship question from a traveler. Guest complaints about a meal or a lot sit in inboxes that never meet.
How the agents show up
- Appointment and booking agents
Reservations and waitlists
Guests book, change, or cancel against the reservation book. Large events and buyouts become leads for a manager.
- Order and returns agents
Account and distributor orders
Operators get delivery windows and short-ship facts from the order. Credits and spoilage stay with the account manager.
- Customer feedback analytics
Guest and quality themes
Reviews, tickets, and call notes cluster by dish, location, or lot so a one-off complaint can be separated from a repeated spec or prep issue.
Questions we get
Will it invent allergen information?
No. Allergen and ingredient answers are read from the menu or spec you approved. If the item is not listed, the agent says a person needs to confirm.
Can it take a full order for the kitchen?
We start with reservations and order status. Putting items into a POS ticket is a later step, and only after the menu mapping is tested on real orders.
What about multiple locations?
Each call is tied to a store or a plant. Availability and orders are read for that location, not averaged across the brand.
Does this cover manufacturing plants as well as restaurants?
Account orders and complaint themes do. Shift logs on a production line stay with the field-reporting agent used by packaging and manufacturing teams.
