Financial services
AI agents for financial services
Customers call about a payment, a missing document, or a meeting with a banker. The same desk is asked for advice it is not allowed to give on a recorded line. Hold times grow because every call is treated as if it might be a decision.
How the agents show up
- AI voice agents
Account and payment status
The agent authenticates the way your desk already does, reads the balance or due date on file, and routes disputes and hardship to a person.
- Application and intake agents
Application checklists
Applicants hear which documents are missing and the status the origination system shows. The agent does not quote a rate or predict an approval.
- Appointment and booking agents
Banker and advisor meetings
Existing customers book a slot with the right desk. The agent captures the topic and does not recommend a product on the call.
Questions we get
Can the agent give financial advice?
No. It reads status, collects documents on a checklist, and books meetings. Product recommendations, credit decisions, and hardship arrangements are transferred.
How do you handle regulated calls?
Scripts, disclosures, and authentication follow the process your compliance team already approved. Calls that leave that script escalate with the transcript and the account context.
Will it move money or change a limit?
Not unless you have an existing, approved workflow for that exact action. By default the agent explains the status and assigns a person for any change.
What systems does it need?
The core or CRM screen your agents already open, plus the phone number customers dial. We do not stand up a second system of record.
