Leads
AI agents that qualify the inbound lead
Speed-to-lead dies in a shared inbox. A property inquiry, an admissions question, and a product call look the same until someone asks budget, timeline, and what they actually want. By then the prospect has called the next firm. This agent runs the few questions your team already uses, writes the answers to the CRM, and either books a meeting or marks the lead as not a fit. A person gets the hot ones with the notes attached.

How it runs
01
Use the qualification you already trust
We start from the form or the script a good coordinator uses: timeline, budget or program, location, and the one question that usually disqualifies. We do not add a twenty-question survey.
02
Capture it on the channel they used
Phone, web form, or chat. The same fields land on the lead. Missing answers are asked once, then the lead is still saved.
03
Book or route
A fit lead gets the next open appointment. Everyone else gets a clear next step: a person, a resource, or a closed reason your team can audit.
04
Keep fair and compliant scripts
Real estate scripts do not steer by neighborhood preference that proxies for a protected class. Financial scripts do not recommend a product. Education scripts do not invent admissions odds.
Where it shows up
Buyer and renter inquiries
The agent asks timeline, budget, and property type, then offers a showing. It records what was asked and does not comment on who a neighborhood is 'for'.
Admissions inquiries
Prospective students get program, start term, and format. A fit inquiry is booked with a counselor. Aid estimates and admission decisions stay with the school.
Product intent, not advice
The agent captures what the caller wants to do and whether they are an existing customer, then books a banker. It does not recommend a loan, a card, or an investment.
High-intent product calls
Callers asking about a specific product, a bulk order, or a store visit are qualified and routed. General hours and stock come from the catalog, not a guess.
Questions we get
Will it annoy people with too many questions?
The script is short on purpose. If the caller wants a person immediately, the agent routes them and still saves what it already heard.
Where do the answers go?
Into the CRM or inbox your team already works. A lead that only lives in the voice tool is a failed handoff.
Can it disqualify someone?
Only on rules you wrote, such as outside the service area or a start date you cannot meet. The reason is stored so a manager can review it.
How is this different from the booking agent?
Qualification decides whether a meeting should exist. Booking finds the time. Many teams run both: qualify first, then book.
